Rab Vital Women’s Windshell Jacket

A couple of weeks ago we had a lovely customer pop back into our Capel Curig shop with a jacket to return. They had forgotten theirs and had purchased a Rab Vital Women’s Windshell jacket which they then didn’t use. Our staff team were ready to refund the jacket as it still had all of it’s original tags attached but were then stunned when the customer simply smiles and said:

“Oh no, I don’t want my money back. I would like to support small retailers. Please re-sell it to get some extra income”

It was a busy day and in truth, we were so shocked we forgot to get the customers details to say thank you properly.

So, to whoever you are we want to say a massive THANK YOU!

Your generosity has made us all smile.

After such a generous gesture we couldn’t possibly re-sell the jacket but we would love to pay a strangers kindness forward and pass the jacket on to someone that would find it useful in their running or fast packing adventures over the British hills.

Whoever has a nice story about someone adventurous that might deserve and need it, just leave a short comment on our social media. We’ll review them all on Friday 16th July and decide who to pass the jacket onto.
